We have mentioned it many times before in this blog, living a healthy life, starts by eating some healthy meals and exercising every day.  In this article, I am going to tell you a little more about these and how you can prepare some healthy meals for an entire week and start leading a healthy life today.

Healthy Meals That You Can Eat Right Now

  1. Day one – Start with some fruit, toast and a poached egg.  For lunch, have some salad and chicken breast and for dinner, have some halibut.
  2. Day two – For breakfast, get an English muffin and add some peanut butter to the top, if you like.  For lunch, you should have some soup and a chicken sandwich.  For dinner, a baked potato and a steak, is an excellent choice.
  3. Day three – Start off with a hard boiled egg and some cereal.  For lunch, you should have some past and for dinner, try having some salad, a potato and pork loin.
  4. Day four – Have some turkey bacon and oatmeal for breakfast.  At lunch, make yourself some sweet potatoes and chicken breast.  At dinner, you can try having some black beans and salmon.
  5. Day five – In the morning, eat some cereal and toast.  During lunch, get a tuna wrap and for dinner, try a salad and lasagna.
  6. Day six – Begin the day with some turkey sausage and a bran muffin.  For lunch, you can have a salad and some chicken noodle soup.  For dinner, you should eat some vegetables, baked beans and some turkey.
  7. Day seven – The last healthy meal of the week, should include some french toast and an egg.  For lunch, you can have some beans and a veggie burger.  At dinner, you can have some brown rice and trout.
