  3. Always Have Mushrooms – These are great snacks and they are also excellent in many recipes.  They are very healthy and they also have unique taste.  Eating mushrooms is an excellent way to stay healthy and lose some weight.
  4. Use Salad Plates – These types of plates are a lot smaller than normal plates, which means that you will be able to eat less every day, if you use them.
