  2. Vegetables – These are also an obvious choice and they should all be included in your diet as well.  Try not eating corn though,  as it produces a kind of acid inside of you, which can make some feel uncomfortable.  Do try some broccoli, garlic, artichoke, onions and beets.
  3. Don’t forget grain and starches – Every good detox plan, needs to include some grain and starches.  If you are not eating enough of these right now, you should really start doing so, as they will help to cleanse your body and increase your health as well.  Rice and oats, are some of the foods included in this group and that you should really add to your diet plan.
  4. Nuts and Seeds – Foods like almonds and chia seeds, fit into this group and they are also an excellent choice for detoxing in a healthy way.  So add some of these to your diet too and you will see some great results soon.

  3. Drink Something – Instead of having a late night snack, you can also drink a glass of water or warm tea, so your stomach doesn’t feel empty and you can go back to sleep.  This is an excellent choice and it will also help you to stay hydrated as well.
  4. Don’t Watch TV Too Late – If you stay up late to watch TV, it is very likely that you will want to grab a snack, so try to avoid those situations, where you know that you will feel hungry and want to go get something to eat.
